Honor: I do an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.  When I deal with people I treat them fair.

Accountability: Whatever I do or don't do, I own up to, I take responsibility.  

Respect: I believe what I believe. I do not preach, condemn or condescend. I do not tell people their beliefs are wrong or try to convince them mine are right. 

Dependability: I carry my weight. When there is work to be done I show up and do my share.  I work as hard and as long as it takes to get the job done and I do it without complaint.
